Has my tender been worked on?
You will receive an email confirmation for all tenders submitted via email at PICKUPS@TTDWEST.com
What information is needed to schedule a pick up?
- Name and address of shipper
- Name and address of the Bill to should it be different than the shipper
- Name and address of destination
- Number of pieces/ number of pallets / weight
- Open and close times
- And any additional information such as PO numbers that need to be referenced.
What is the status of my delivery/pick up?
Once you’ve set up an online account with us you can check for BOL’s/POD’s/Invoices. You may also call us at 888-510-7200 or email us for status at CSR@www.ttdwest.com.
Do you offer guaranteed delivery?
Yes we can provide guaranteed delivery at an additional cost. Please call for more information 888-510-7200.
What time are you in my area for pick up or delivery
Our hours of operation are from 8 AM to 6 PM. Please call us for more specific pick up or delivery times.

How many days in advance do I need to schedule a truckload or a same day LTL?
We can schedule truckload or a same day LTL, the day of; however we would prefer at least a 24 hour notice to ensure routing.
