Derek Franco

Derek began his career with Total Transportation & Distribution in 2005. In the position of Dispatch Supervisor, Derek was in constant contact with customers and drivers, ensuring we met our customer’s expectations. In 2015 Derek was promoted to Transportation Manager, overseeing all office staff and drivers: ensuring the operation is performing smoothly. He helped to streamline processes, eliminate errors ensure optimal customer service and satisfaction. Due to his dedication and hard work, Derek received a promotion to Terminal Manager in 2022. In this role, Derek is responsible for the overall Transportation division, including all drivers, safety, dispatch, and customer service. Derek has been an integral part of the company’s success and continues to be an asset to the company.
